In 2021, One Source Maintenance (OSM) won a long-term Facility Management Contract with Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) for the first Bus Rapid Transport System (BRTS) Project — Green Line & Orange Line in Karachi. OSM partnered with Security 2000 to establish One2k Private Limited, structured to cover the full spectrum of the BRTS contract.
Together with Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA), we are making travel on GL/OL BRTS a pleasant and comfortable experience for our valued commuters. Due to the positive role played by ONE2K, ridership of both projects is on the rise — making this project a huge success.
ONE2K has deployed 1004 personnel across 26 stations (22 Green Line and 4 Orange Line) with requisite equipment, material, and vehicles. The project is divided into four departments — Security, Housekeeping, MEP, and Automated Fare Collection — each headed by a Manager and assisted by an Assistant Manager.
