Security is headed by Project Manager and assisted by an Assistant Security Manager and 5 Area Managers.

Each station has a Station Manager having 5 security guards, 3 AFC Staff, 4 housekeeping staff and 1 field technical staff per shift (less night shift where there are only 5 security guards).

• Security guards ensure checking of passengers luggage, tickets at turnstile and queue management at the bus bays
• Guards ensure proper discipline at turnstiles & while entering and leaving buses at bus bays
• 3 Armed Rapid Reaction Teams (RRT) patrol the bus corridor 24 hrs a day against trespassing and emergencies
• 6 Motorcycle patrols beef up RRTs during operational hours; at night they safeguard project assets
• CCTV operators at Operational Command Centre monitor stations and corridor and dispatch RRT/MC patrols

H/K Manager assisted by 2 day A/Managers and 1 Night A/Manager is responsible for the upkeep of the bus stations including the BRTS corridor.

• 237 janitors ensure stations and 30 m area in and around stations remain neat and clean
• 2 Night Deep and High cleaning teams work daily on one station each after operational hours
• Bus corridor cleaned through a mechanical sweeper on daily basis
• Separate team responsible for waste disposal from all stations during the night on daily basis

55 Field Technicians ensure continuous power supply to the project and upkeep/maintenance of all the electric & mechanical equipment at the stations and corridors.

Each station deploys 1 field technical staff per shift (alongside security, AFC, and housekeeping teams) to maintain operational readiness of all station systems.
